Paul Kendrick

Paul has worked in the Brighton Property market since 1992 and his love of the city led him to open Kendrick Property Services in 2002. Paul prides himself on a business built on strong moral principles and leads his staff by example expecting high standards of respect and integrity.

Paul really believes Brighton and Hove and it's surrounding peripheries are great places to live offering a wonderful seaside lifestyle with great schools, open spaces and a diverse culture. He's made it his mission to help people find a home here, from new students to families to those who've been here for years and need to down size.

Away from the office Paul is a strong Christian and committed to a local church with his family. He's an avid Seagulls supporter and a keen sports enthusiast, competing in local triathlon and helping to run a local swim club.

Dan Milligan - Sales Manager

Dan has been an estate agent for 9 years having progressed from negotiator through to sales manager. Growing up in the area has given him an extensive knowledge of both Brighton & Hove and he has recently purchased a property in the Portslade area giving him firsthand experience of the vagaries of being involved in the home buying process. Dan is also a keen golfer and plays at the local West Hove Golf Club.
